GUARANTEES

All snakes will be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed, unless otherwise agreed on in advance. Live arrival and your complete satisfaction are guaranteed.

 

ORDERING

                                                                                                            All orders are on a first come, first served basis. We will hold an order for up to 10 days, to allow for full payment to arrive. If no payment is received by the 10th day, that order will be offered back up for sale. We will hold an order or take advanced orders with a 25% deposit. If we do not produce what you ordered, the deposit is refunded, but if you decide later that you do not want the order, the deposit is not refundable.

 

PAYMENTS 

                                                                                                            All orders must be prepaid BEFORE shipping. We will accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks (subject to bank clearance before shipping). All orders are to be made payable to:

                        SHIPPING                            

 All orders will be shipped by FedEx Overnite Priority, to your door or held at a FedEx office for pick-up, whichever is best for the customer. The cost for shipping is $50. All orders will be shipped in a styro-lined box, with heat/cool packs if needed, at no extra cost.

RECEIVING

In the event when you receive your order and their is a problem, such as it is not what you expected or it is not alive from shipping, you must save the order and contact me immediately to discuss replacement and/or shipping the order back to me.
